Spiritual Athlete with Jill Payne

Jill Payne, executive coach, celebrity trainer, and native Nova Scotian is on a mission to change the way you feel about fitness and your body forever.
The Spiritual Athlete workshops use neuroscience, music, singing, and lots of heart pumping, sweat inducing movement to elevate your mind, mood, and shift your outlook on life.
The workshops are a combined approach, including:
- Spiritual Athlete principles that can increase your energy and change the way you feel about fitness and your body.
- Cutting edge acupressure point techniques to release the diaphragm and activate the glutes/psoas to get one's self out of the fight or flight nervous system and access the parasympathetic performance state.
- High-intensity workout that allows clients to experience all the principles, physically in their body
Food Bank Volunteer Trip

This October, we're focused on celebrating and supporting initiatives in our community. We're bringing together 25 volunteers to sort food at the Greater Vancouver Food Bank, an organization that assists over 26,000 people each week.
Feelosophy with Roya & Francis
