Feelosophy Flow

Move and feel. Join us for 60 minutes of slow-moving yoga with all the hands-on touch you crave. The class will begin with a smooth vinyasa style practice, while the instructor will offer hands-on adjustments for your standing poses. The last 30 minutes we will slow down and enter into breathe work and restorative style poses. Massage-based adjustments will be offered. Each class uses music set to an intention, offering you space and permission to slow down and FEEL all the feels.
