Move and feel. Join us for 60 minutes of slow-moving yoga with all the hands-on touch you crave. The class will begin with a smooth vinyasa style practice, the instructor will offer hands-on adjustments for your standing poses. The last 30 minutes we will slow down and enter into breathe work and restorative style poses. Massage based adjustments will be offered. Each class uses music set to an intention, offering you space and permission to slow down and FEEL.
