A workout dedicated to strengthening the core, because a strong core is essential to achieving great balance, posture, and confident movement. TurF’s Hard CORE Pilates class challenges the body’s midsection and supporting muscle groups, using a combination of bodyweight exercises, Pilates rings and resistance bands.
