The Blueprint

The Blueprint is about creating the optimal balance between your mind, body, and spirit so you can fully thrive. The class is the brainchild of Dr. Genieve Burley and includes chiropractic prescribed pre-hab exercises for the rotator cuff, back, core, and hips. She will guide you through her own unique flow of yoga, weight training, cardio, ballet, core and stretch to an amazing soundtrack. With the diversity of movement, the class will fly by feeling connected to your optimal blueprint.
